We used Jet Black for 8 years. Paid end of april/may. I sent an email about trying to get the driveway done before my sons graduation. They said June 24th. My fault I misread it as may 24. So I emailed this morning because it was raining and I didnt know if that meant rescheduling or canceling and we needed it done asap. ***** answered when I called and started yelling at me. She said she wasnt going to allow anyone to treat her like c*** I said how am I doing this. This is my voice. She then went on to say if she liked us she would have worked with us but didnt so she would mail a check which I dont understand as she charged my card. I realized ***** must have been dealing with her own demons.We have received quotes from other companies and learned the mistakes jet black had made on our driveway. Dealing with ***** on the phone was a horrible experience and hearing her say well if I liked you I would have worked with youI just needed my driveway done and not compete for Tammys kindness or willingness to work with me. I am still blown away with her screaming about someone treating her like c*** I hope she gets the help she needs.

Great service. Our driveway is quite old, cracked and compromised so it isn't easy to make it look good. **** has done the job for us many times; filling ******** cracks and making it look like new again! Very friendly to talk to on the phone. Very satisfied with the quality of service.
