    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.o respond to many 1 Star reviews in a similar, unprofessional manner) this is very concerning given how important transportation is around here.

    Our vehicles are equipped with GPS devices that alert us to erratic driving. We take every complaint seriously. Although MN DOT does not give out safety ratings we do not have any violations of this nature in our file with them. 
    Im not sure what the person is trying to achieve however we appreciate the concern and have reached out to the driver. 
    we may have elderly drivers however everyone must be background checked by the state of MN, have a current DOT physical med card, drug screening and have a clean driving record required by our insurance company. This particular driver has no violations. 
    We understand the concern and have addressed the matter internally. 
    Again, I dont know what more the gentleman wants from us but rest assured we have and always take safety seriously and the matter has been handled. 
    My apology if the response to the review wasnt clear and sounded as if there was an intentional misleading statement.
