    Rented a trailer from this company for a week to move to my new address in *******, **. Due to the timing of the closing/sale of our existing property, we had to stay in a hotel for a night. That evening, it rained and 3 mattresses and other items were destroyed because of a leak/hole in the roof of the trailer. When I contacted the business, he pleaded ignorance to the leak - yet there was an attempted repair to it, as there was a piece of plywood with screws attached to the roof of the trailer. These were memory foam mattresses, and were water logged and unusable. I had to purchase new mattresses. I have supplied pictures of the damage, pictures of the damaged trailer, and copies of receipts for the replacement mattresses to the business. There has not been any attempt from the business to correct the issue related to their negligence. Why they continued to rent a trailer with known damage is unknown. Total cost of replacing 3 mattresses was $749.96 plus tax. Again, the owner has copies of all proof of damage and receipts.
