      I had a visit with a doctor, I am receiving emails to pay a bill, I have recached out to Waconia Ridgeview to mail me my statements twice on the phone and four times via email, as I will not pay via internet due to my identity being stolen over a couple of years ago and I had to get an attorney to assist in this matter. I did explain it to the lady over the phone, she told me a statement would be mailed, to this date, I have not received a statement but I still get emails that my account is over due. All I want is my bills mailed to me so I can see them and take care of them. I do NOT use MYChart nor will I, I have requested twice via telephone and four time via email to mail my bills. I can't get them to do this, could you please assist me on this matter? They do have the correct address on file as I did confirm it. Thank you.

      This business is refusing to allow me to pay the bill. They have lost 2 money orders that I had to prove they cashed, and they haven't adjusted the account to reflect the actual amount owed, and double billed me.

      On or about 7-18-2023, the Ridgeview Clinic appointment center directed me to a ********, at their Chanhassen location on 7-20-2023 for an infected cyst on my back. I asked ******** for a very inexpensive anti-biotic that had taken care of the issue once before. Instead, ******** called in a prescription for a VERY EXPENSIVE anti-biotic with questionable reviews for my condition which I refused upon arriving at the pharmacy. I had to schedule another appointment and wait for an opening with another doctor at the Excelsior, Ridgeview location, in order to request/obtain the cheaper but very effective medication that I had asked for from ********. I obtained the much cheaper prescription and the cyst issue was resolved very quickly. I would never go back to ******** also because as we talked back and forth in his office his eyes would roll back into his head and this was very creepy to me. No kidding, while we were talking in his office, I could only see the whites of his eyes like something out of a horror movie. I pre-paid for my visit with ******** upon arriving at the Chanhassen location the $164.00 office visit fee so I had no option of negotiating his poor service, but Ridgeview keeps calling me saying that an additional payment is due (FOR WHAT?). I have asked the Ridgeview billing center SEVERAL TIMES to mail me an itemized statement but to this date they still have not mailed one to me. I asked them to quit calling me but now they have put me on some kind of automated telephone harassment system that leaves me messages to call and "800" number. "First do no harm..." -yeah right! I want a refund for my $164.00 worthless / substandard ******** visit and I want Ridgeview to mail a statement showing why they keep calling and for payment of what AND to quit calling and STOP the automated telephone harassment.
