    Misty helped us get improved with our insurance. She explained every step of the process well. She responded quickly to all messages. Misty fought for us and was able to represent us when we’re weren't able to be home for some steps in the process. She sent update messages and pictures to keep us updated. And on the day in installation showed us everything. Made sure we were fully aware of everything their team was doing. I highly recommend Misty from maverick city restorations!

    Maverick City Restoration worked hard after my insurance denied me. They pulled samples of shingles and siding and got me a full replacement!!!! I will forever be grateful for them. I'm extremely happy with their work. I would recommend them to all my friends!!! My wife n I love our new house!!!!!

    Maverick Restoration truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our home renovation project in Big Lake, Minnesota. From the very beginning, Phil displayed exceptional professionalism and expertise in addressing our over 25-year-old siding and hail-damaged roof. His dedication to our satisfaction was unparalleled, going above and beyond when he successfully advocated for us with State Farm after an initial denial.
    Phil's knowledge and attention to detail shone through as he guided us in selecting a new, efficient roof that complements our home's new aesthetic perfectly. The darker green siding, accented by the brown trim and underlay, has not only garnered compliments from our neighbors but also adds an inviting warmth to our home.
    We are thrilled with the end result and cannot thank Maverick Restoration enough for their outstanding service.     Maverick City Restoration did a great job replacing my roof due to hail damage. Very professional, good workmanship and punctual.  They met with my insurance inspector and were very helpful coordinating with the insurance company start to finish.   My house is 100+ years old and needed some carpentry work done on the soffits which they also took care of.  They were respectful of my property, including the landscaping around the house.  I am very happy with the end results.

    These guys were professional and honest from start to finish. Matt came out and met the adjuster at the house, climbed on the roof and marked out the areas that were affected from a past hail storm. I left for work one morning and they were done by the end of the day. An excellent company that has an amazing crew. They're definitely legit and I would recommend their work to anybody. My new roof looks amazing!

    These guys were grade A from start to finish. Phil came out and met the adjuster at the house, climbed on the roof and marked out the areas that were affected from a past storm. (Adjuster wouldn't go up there, just flew a drone) Chris took it from there and was on sight during the whole process. He waited for me to get home the day they put the roof on, just to make sure I was happy. It looked amazing. He noticed one spot that wasn't to his standard, and made a point to come back out within a week and make sure it was straight on one edge. I can tell you, if you want a seamless transition from old to new, these guys are the standard. He also recommend a tier up shingle that they use down south in the storm belt, to help protect it better in the chance of hail damage in the future. It was a no brainer as it wasn't to expensive, and it gave me a discount on my homeowners insurance. (He recommend I ask about it) I can't thank these guys enough for the workmanship, and for taking the lead with the insurance company once the claim was filed.
