      The Groome driver left me stranded--the shuttle left 3 minutes BEFORE scheduled pick-up time!There was no call or text to my cell...no call or text to my alternate ********* 12:25 AM shuttle left at 12:22 AM! I SAW it leave!!! I was behind a large suitcase being pulled through the door--giving me no chance to get through in time to flag the shuttle down in the pickup area. I was left stranded...with no way to find out if the next (1:40 AM) shuttle would stop there. (There is NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE at Groome between 10 PM and 7 AM.)Our only car had been left for me at the Groome lot in ***************...so my husband had no way to pick me up.The 1:40 AM shuttle did finally show up...over 10 minutes late!I did get a ride on that shuttle...but didn't arrive home until 4:00 AM!!The only "contact" method available was the messaging on their web site. I left a message shortly after 12:30 AM. I left another message on Thursday It is now almost a week later and no one has even bothered to respond to either of my messages!!This is NOT good business!! THEY were unreliable and left a 73-yr-old woman--traveling on her own--stranded at the ******************* in the wee hours of the morning!I would NOT recommend them to anybody! They are NOT reliable...and apparently don't care!!

      As far as I am concerned this company gets less than a zero from me. They issue no refunds only a voucher, which I can never use. I told them due to a new medical condition I could never travel and could not accept a voucher... instead they went ahead and issued me a one year ticket extension... without the opportunity to speak to a supervisor or manager. I cannot recommend this company to anyone,******************

      We had order a shuttle which asked only for our airport flight time which was 330 pm. Our driver called and stated they would pick us up late at ****. I was worried due to the check in time. When the driver arrived I asked if we would be there by 130 which was our check in time (we live approximately 1 hour from the airport) he said no and we would not get there until 230. So we decided to drive ourselves. I attempted to get a refund for the return trip as we would not need the return and due to them arriving did not find it fair to ask for a refund for the trip to. I spoke to ******** and off the bat she was extremely rude and said there would be no refund. I asked that she cancel our pick up at the airport so the driver would not wait for us and she said she couldn't. I have never spoke to someone so rude in my life. I went online and was able to get a refund from the franchiser. Her behavior is beyond concerning and she should not be in customer service.
