I’ll never go there again I am Frank F******. My tire went flat and pomp tire was ordering a tire for me but couldn’t get the same tire I had on the car. Their mechanic took off the flat tire and said I had a steering problem with the front end. The car is towed out and said there is a Kia dealer a 1/2 mile from here. I have 5746 Miles on the car. It’s a new 2025 sportage. when I got to the Kia dealer they did all the paper work and then I asked about the warranty. They said I didn’t purchase it at their dealership and it wouldn’t be covered. I spent 2 thousand dollars for a 10 year or 100,000 miles when I purchased the car in Arizona. The car pulls right and left a little and I was told it was the steering. The car adjusts to the road lane automatically. 5746 miles, front end out of alignment and tire shot Steel tread show. I was told at St. Cloud Kia that I took the tires off the back and put them on the front and was called a liar. The rear tires are fine but I was told I took them off and they wouldn’t work on my car. To get it off their lot. I am a 100% disabled veteran and I was so disgusted with the service department when I asked for my vin number to give it to the Kia corporate office when I was on the phone with the lady who asked for the service department said they were to busy to wait and I was told to take a picture of the paperwork he set on his desk and give that to the corporate office lady then told to take the car to another dealership get it off of their lot now. Then the manager walked to my car and started it up, drove it a hundred feet from me, got out and said there’s your car. So disrespectful to me. Never again would I go to this dealership. I was told to go to another dealership. The service manager was so disrespectful and I am sorry i forgot his name.

NEVER buy or go to Kia of St Cloud. I purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride on February 20th, 2025 with the extended warranty. On Monday, April 21st, I went to leave work and my car wouldn't start. I called down there, since I live/work an hour away to see my options. They said well we would need the car down here to diagnos it. And the warranty didn't cover towing of course, so after having it towed, that was a $600 bill, they had my car by 1130am Tuesday. Hugo called to say it was the starter and the warranty didn't cover it. So we would have to pay all diagnostic fees, parts, labor and everything else. But the car would be done by Wednesday Am. Wednesday am came and went, no calls, so we called to see if it was done and they said by the end of day Wednesday. Never heard anything, by 3p called to see if it was done. Was told oh, well we thought we had the part but we don't, so tomorrow morning. Thursday morning 10am, still haven't heard anything, we called, oh we're not sure, we will call you back. Nothing. Called again at 1p, got told, we'll call you back. Nothing. Called again at 330, was told, we'll call you back.... still NOTHING. Finally received a call at almost 6pm Thursday saying the car was ready. Friday went to pick up my car. Hugo met us at the front door, very friendly until he found out who we were, walked us to the service department and went and hid. Telling them to tell us "no managers" were in office until Monday. Ate all the costs, since there was "Noone" to talk to. We left and my husband called to talk to Hugo and sure enough he was there but the chicken shit wouldn't answer his phone. Called again to talk to a different manager, who again refused to budge on anything. And not to mention I was never once offered a courtesy car or anything since they had the vehicle from Tuesday to Friday. And, they said they washed the car so it was cleaner than arrived, i asked about it, because they did not, and handed me a card for a free car wash.

We are sorry to hear you are upset with your Telluride. There is no way for us to have known why the vehicle was not running unless it was here for a certified tech to diagnose. Being that the vehicle has over ******* miles there is no bumper to bumper warranty left which is why the starter was not covered. We do not stock starters and had to order one in. Unfortunately, the part took longer in shipping than initially quoted by *** factory.

****, but why was I only offered 1 type of warranty- but there are 3 different types. Why did no one answer or return calls?? Why wasn't I offered a courtesy car to get back and forth to work- resulted in loss of wages. Why did **** lie to us... He met us at the door, was very friendly, very nice, Said he was ******* boss, when we first asked for *****. Then all of a sudden, he went and hid and told them to tell us there was "no managers" around on a Friday to talk to and we had to call on Monday. You would think customer service would be the first priority- but obviously not for your company. So between the $600 tow and $959 bill. And leaving a review on your ******** page and ******, just so you can DELETE them, but you can't delete it here, and only responding to make yourself feel better. You should be ashamed of those so called Managers there and the way they treat people.

Received a warranty letter from Kia corporate for a Telluride shocks that may be noisy and result in a stiff/bumpy ride. The letter stated that we could bring the vehicle to any Kia dealership and the issue would be "diagnosed free of charge at no cost to you." This phrase was bolded and underlined. Our vehicle clearly met the criteria, the rear shocks were noisy and it was like driving a stiff board on wheels. Absolutely no give at all, we could feel every seam in the road.
We brought the vehicle in and the first thing they did was have us a sign a form saying that they'd diagnose the issue but if it wasn't the shocks, they were going to charge us $159 (scam #1)- literally the opposite of what the Kia Corporate warranty letter said.
After several hours, they determined that there was no noise (lie) and that it was actually a loose/bumpy ride (lie- almost laughable actually), but that the shocks did indeed need replacing (scam #2). And then they wanted to replace them for $2,000 (scam #3) but not to worry because the labor was only a couple hundred dollars, the shocks themselves were $900. We were appalled at this, they then decided to waive the $159 scam fee because they didn't want to have an upset customer... Needless to say, we left.
We found Kia OEM replacement shocks for ~$400 TOTAL. But before we replaced them ourselves and because we knew the vehicle fit the criteria to have them replaced under warranty, we brought the Telluride to Kia in Fargo and sure enough, they found the shocks to be noisy and drive very hard/stiff and they replaced them under warranty. Kia of St. Cloud tried to gaslight us into believing that the shocks needed to be replaced under the opposite circumstances and tried to scam us out of thousands. We will never return to Kia of St. Cloud and will be going to Kia Fargo for all our service needs in the future. The Telluride has had several recalls fixed there and we've only had awful experiences with St. Cloud Kia service.

I took my Kia Optima in to find out why there is no sound coming from my radio. My appointment was at 1pm I dropped my car off at 12:30pm and the guy that checked me in said it would be about 3 hours to figure out what was wrong and would cost $120 to find out. I said alright and that I was going to wait there well 3 hours go by and the guy comes up to me and says that the technician wasn’t even there yet and it would be another 3 hours. I said well then you are going to be taking care of the $120 fee to find out what is wrong. The guy who checked me in says “no you will still be responsible for it” I said you told me that my cars diagnose’s would be 3 hours and now you tell me that technician is not even here yet. I asked to speak to the manager because I felt that if you lie to your customer about the time it is going to take to fix there car you should take the hit on the fee. Especially considering that he knew the entire time that the technician was not there and waited until the 3 hours was up to let me know he wasn’t. Nothing ended up being done and my radio still doesn’t work. The manager at the location is worthless and doesn’t care about anything accept his bottom line. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KIA OF SAINT CLOUD everyone that works there is disgusting!!

I don't recommend doing any kind of business with this dealer. Service Department is very unprofessional and upcharge services, ESPECIALLY if you are a woman. (Read previous posts)
I initially called to schedule a recall on my vehicle and although the scheduling and customer service staff was very accommodating and friendly, the service department was not. In addition to the recall work, I had a couple electronic things that I asked if they could look at. The scheduler told me that wouldn't be a problem and would charge $100 diagnostic fee for all of it. When I dropped the car off, I spoke to Jesse, who informed me that I misunderstood somehow and that it is $100 per issue, so the two issues I had with (a short in my radio and the shifter being stuck in park randomly) would be $200. Which should have all been caught on the original diagnostic. He called me the next day to tell me he needed another day of diagnostics and it would cost another $130. I told him again that that wasn't what I was quoted, and told him I would agree to pay it, but wasn't happy about it and was going to ask to go back to the scheduler to confirm out initial conversation of what i understood regarding the $100 diagnostic fee. I spoke with the scheduler and confirmed that what I heard was correct, but when I told Jesse that I am concerned about paying the $330 he told me "You gave me your verbal approval over the phone, and I have your car, so you'll have to pay it." I asked him for a detailed report of the Diagnostic report and am still waiting. Very sketchy. Also, I had called and tried to talk to a Supervisor and was repeatedly either hung up on or sent to a random voicemail. I never write reviews but wanted to save someone else from being scammed by them. Please do yourself a favor and save money by doing your research, read reviews and go somewhere else for your car needs. I wasn't going to give them any stars at all, but you have to give 1 star at least in order to post.

The initial diagnostic fee is $99.95 per item. There are individual diagnostic trouble trees that must be followed for each item. If disassembly is required that is also at an additional cost. All of this was communicated with the customer before any diagnostic procedures began.

!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a Camaro from Kia and title was stamped LEMON LAW. Kia did not disclose this information at the time of purchase. Per Federal Law they were supposed to. I traded in a beautiful Camaro w less then 10K miles on it and they laughed all the way to the bank! I wouldn't have made the trade if I had known this information. The car is back on their lot because they had to take it back. I am out money, a car and the piece of mind. I will never trust this company again! I am posting this so hopefully the next buyer won't go through what I have. Its heart breaking. Shame on you Kia!

At the time of the sale we were unaware the title had and lemon stamp. We did purchase the vehicle back from the customer for the full sales price. Customer left with a check. We also offered to trade completely even up for the same model vehicle that was 2 years newer with similar miles and no title issue. After we bought the vehicle back, we had a gm store do a VIN inquiry. It was a California buy back and shows the previous owner had it bought back for rubber exhaust hanger issue. It was completely fixd by manufacture before they offered for resale.

Horrible customer service. Read the other reviews given and run. I was lucky they were so horrible out of the gate that I didn't even start pursuing buying a vehicle from them.
