I love Connor's Plumbing but have been recently disappointed to find out they no longer provide service if you have a rental home. They were dependable but I can no longer say this. It's disappointing they would wipe out so many great clients just because of a few bad clients with rentals.Connors Plumbing, Heating and Air

Currently we are unable to meet all of the demand calls we receive and this was a way we could prioritize calls for the residential homeowner. When I contacted ******** Plumbing, I was told by two people, including the manager, that the reason is due to irresponsible landlords. Neither employee mentioned a thing about it being due to staffing. Had that been the case, I might have understood but even then, cutting business based on ownership status is wrong. There are many courses of action the company could have taken to deal with bad landlords or staffing issues; this was the least creative.Review fromCheryl L
