      I hired Madgett Law to complete a credit repair process. They made lots of promises during their sale and assured me they would be available for questions and guidance as I did not have experience with the process we would be going through. As we initiated the process, I paid them $1000, $500 for me and $500 for my husband for credit remediation and they filed the paperwork. As the process continued I had questions as to how I should be handling things on my end and made multiple attempts to ask for direction on I should proceed with my portion of the proceedings. My questions were not answered and I was forced to make my own best decision of how to move forward with limited knowledge. When ***** ******* and his assistant ******* finally got back to me they advised me I had messed up their process and they could no longer help me because I had spoken with the creditor and made an agreement with them. These were the exact questions I had been asking in trying to find out how I should move forward. They did not advise me and then blamed me for the error and said they could no longer help me. They were also unwilling to refund me the money for the service they failed to provide. When I followed up with additional emails trying to get more information and find out how we could work through this they refused to respond. They took my money, failed to provide the service, and then ghosted me.
