      Purchase three bags of Cargill horse feed. Neutrina Top Line balancer. Horse feed Rancid. Can't seem to get a refund. Found a dozen times and no answer. Then rude people answer the phone twice. Phoned once more and got nowhere. Please help me get my $100 back for my bags of feed replaced. This is a special feed for my granddaughters horse that has to have special feed because of her issues. Please note this is a very bad company and I cannot seem to penetrate them and I see lots of complaints against them. Please try hard to help me

      Purchase four bags of special feed called Top Line balancer/ neutrina made by Cargill. This is very difficult to find. Upon opening the bags they smelled musty. I can't feed this to a horse that already is a diabetic with issue. I would like my four bags replaced. The phone number for Cargill customer service is bogus. You wait on hold for hours. If you're lucky someone will answer the phone and have a nowhere conversation. And they will tell you they are not there to take these kind of calls well I don't know what they're there for. Ridiculous customer service phone number ridiculous customer service. People take your name and number and no one calls you back. If this doesn't stop I'm going to find another feed. I want my four bags of neutrina Top Line balancer replaced. Thank You Better Business Bureau for helping me

      defective product i have called and emailed numerous times for assistance with this problem just to get told this is not the right department and told they do not know how to get me to the right department i have called the 800 number that no one ever answers or ever calls you back the problem is with honeysuckle white turkey breast the gravy packet inside the turkey was broken no gravy for thanksgiving all i want the company to do is back their product

      Called Cargill phone number on back of nutrena top line balance bags 25 times. Each time woman answers that doesn't know what she's doing tells me she's just the telephone operator. This is been going on since august! Purchased horse for granddaughter. Top line balance recommended by vet. Supposed to be good horse feed. Works fine low sugar but bought four bags that were not fresh and smelling of fungus. I have spent the better part of August and September and now some of October trying to get a hold of this company Cargill. They don't answer calls they don't make phone calls back. I am out over $100. I want my feed replaced.

      Purchase two bags neutrina Top Line for new horse for granddaughter. Picked up two bags of this feed costing $70. Feed was not looking right.. phoned company three times. Bad customer service. Just a blubbering woman taking messages. Said she'd pass the message. This is been going on over ********************************************************************************** the trash. I don't understand the customer service of this company. Please help me get my money back. Thank you
