5 starsThis company deserves a six star rating but I will have to settle with five. I called this company because I saw an interview with Andy ********* on a podcast. I received a call back within a few hours from Andy who was on vacation in Europe. He personally listened to my story and immediately referred my case to Kevin ****** who worked diligently with me and solved my issues. I highly recommend this company. I had some issues with two other precious metals dealers but Kevin and Andy walked me through to resolve the problem. In my opinion, through my personal experience, I would not hesitate to do business with them because of their excellent customer service and expertise. Above all, I am totally impressed with their diligence. They are ethical and honest in their business practices. They are absolutely the best!Review fromAdan B

5 starsI called Miles Franklin about rolling my 401 k over to a gold and silver IRA. Number one a human answered the phone!!!!! She said she’d have someone return my call right away!! They did!!! No pressure felt at all. They gave wonderful info for me to research. They didn’t aggravate me with endless follow up calls. When I was ready to purchase they were helpful and patient!! From the day of retirement to purchase of precious metals to IRA only took 10 days, which is exceptionally remarkable!!!! Truly an exceptionally well run business !!! 5 starsThe sales process was odd the first time through. I think being new to buying precious metals and the fear of being ripped off made it hard for me. I have used these folks several times sense and the goods show up as promised and everything works as they say it does. No issues. I have not yet sold any of these goods back to them or else where so I cant say 100% they are authentic but they seem to be. They came with accreditations from 3rd parties etc. etc.Review fromFnu T
