    Osvig ********* cut branches off my prize Maple Tree in a reckless manner leaving ragged stumps without even knocking on my door to alert me - I tried to call the owners 2x but they have not returned my calls

    We understand full well the dispute she has with her whole neighborhood. We had the legal right under ** law to prune any part of that tree that was over hanging her neighbors yard. The cops that she called even told her that. Trees can be a safety hazard and everyone has a right to keep their property safe.  If you need further details on the matter you can call our client for the project, ***************************, her neighbor.  ************.

    As far as we are concerned, this matter is settled.  The only issue here that that we were caught in a dispute between neighbors.
