    They said I would get a free spin on my birthday I got a ride all the way there on my birthday as a present. I got no free spin for a chance to win. I tried asking for two free night stay and ten dollar credit for slot play. They keep ignoring me. Two people never got back to me Ive been emailing them for over a month. The line for help was not long at first when I got my card then it grew so big I physically could not stand in it due to neuropathy after I realized I needed help with the free spin also my ride had to work the next day so I did not have much time. The fact is they said free spin on birthday and I never got one. The two peoples names were *************************** Promotions and Special Events Manage and ***************************** ******* Center Supervisor. Neither one of them really helped or understood maybe you can help me make them understand. Im asking for two free nights in the hotel thats prolly empty all the time anyway and has bed bugs and ten dollars of play because it cost like 15 bucks in gas just to get there not including drive time and wear and tear on the vehicle. Please help me thanks . I have physical and metal disability and feel like I get picked on sometimes.
