    I ordered a pair of bifocal glasses in May 2014. My first pair of glasses ever. It took many weeks before they called to say the glasses were there *** should come in. The glasses they had were not what I had selected. The frames were completely different. I would not take these glasses & told them I wanted the frames I had originally ordered. Again after many weeks I was called to come in & pick up my glasses. It was a different frame but again not the one I had selected. I did not accept this pair of ************** again were to send them back. After a few more weeks they called me to come to the store to pick out new frames. I was then told my original frames were no longer available, I told them that I did not want any other frame in their store but wanted a refund so I could start the whole process over again at another store. They refused a refund. Insisting I had to select another frame since the lenses had already been made.

    Hello

    I spoke with ************* and ofered to resolve her complaint. She was unwilling to work with me in anyway. She was very loud on the phone and completly dissmissive of any resolution I suggested. Eventually she hung up on me.

    I contacted her a few days later and left her a voicemail stating  I would issue a complete refund. Which has been proceesed. This is now resolved.
