      If I could give a ZERO, I would! I have never encountered such incompetence in my life!
      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAPER DIRECT.
      I ordered certificates for end of year awards for my students:
      2 packs of 100
      1 pack of 50
      Total of 250
      The first shipment arrived with only 150 total certificates:
      - 2 pkg of 50
      - 2 pkg of 25
      I called about the discrepancy and spoke with a rep.
      She assured me she would send out a pack of 100 that day.
      I received another pack of 25 instead of 100 - still leaving me 75 short!
      I called a second time, spent 45 minutes on the phone with a rep who assured me I would receive the additional 75 certificates overnighted so I could print over the weekend and have them for Monday, when my awards program was. I verified the quantity several times with him.
      AGAIN, with a 3rd attempt, I received a pack of 25 instead of 75 total - still leaving me short 50 certificates!!!!!
      1. I did not receive the quantity I paid for.
      2. I had to go out locally to find generic certificates to use at the last minute instead of the ones I took the time and searched for to be special for my students way in advance.
      Not being able to put the correct quantity of your product in a shipment 3 times is inexcusable.
      They would not refund me until I shipped the certificates that I did receive back to them. The refund withheld the original shipping fee AND sales tax. After much arguing and way too much wasted time, they still will not refund me my money.
      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAPER DIRECT.
