    This is not a scam company, and I'm writing this review because I ordered from Trade Winds Spice Company, then saw the review below, and I panicked -- and all for nothing. The owners did contact me, explained the situation, and shipped my order as quickly as possible. The reason they don't ship immediately is because their spices aren't sitting in a warehouse ready to roll - they get fresh and order new, and I can assure you this is the case. I've already tried my Herbes de ******** and L'Estornell EVOO, and I'm placing another order later tonight. I apologized for the trouble my panic caused, and I'm leaving this review to save the next person from overreaction. In our world, it's sometimes hard to know who to trust and whether a business is legit, but this one is trustworthy and worthy of your patronage.

    Scam company that will not communicate with you no matter how hard you try to reach them, and will send you product even if you ask them to cancel the order, weeks and weeks after the initial order and with zero communication. Absolutely avoid.
