    I worked for celanese for seven years, for 2015 thru 2023. seen my fair share of leadership, in fact its almost like a revolving door there, rather than getting rid of trouble employees they promote them kind of like failing upwards, long story short i committed a safty violation ( my first one ever in over twenty years of working in industry), and was abruptly terminated from my position. alright life goes on found other employment. a year later all the managers, and leaders behind my termination were either terminated themselves or reassigned. with that being said i was reached out to come back at my old position. i jumped at the opportunity, put an application in, did an interview with the site manager, was offered a job, took the drug screen, took the physical, and was given a start date. this whole process took approximately two months. Three days before my start date i was sent job rescinding email from site director. I left a job to come back to this one, so in turn it cost me three jobs. when i lost this job the first time, the job i left to come back, and this one before i even had a chance to start. In the two months of onboarding not one hint that this could be an issue, I also did not hide the fact that I had a safety violation. I find this to be in very poor taste especially from a company that says people are number one. I would definitely steer clear of this company,
