    I began to file my taxes with HandR Block on 02/19/2023 and I opted to use the Tax pro service online. My tax returns are a simple return which included my w2 form and my sons and I school form. I started working with *********************** who was the tax preparer that they assigned to file the taxes for me. By 02/20/2023 my federal portion was accepted by the **** On 02/21/2023 I see a message in my account saying that there was an issue with my state return. I message **** and this was her response. "Hi *******, I was working with tech support this morning on your *** return. The reason for the reject doesn't make any sense. It's saying I need to input your driver license document ID number which is already there. Now I can't even open the return. But please try not to worry. I will get this resolved and update you as soon as possibly.Thanks for your patience, ****"After this message things got worse, I could no longer access my account to its full extent and when I was finally able to access the account it contained the wrong information. I have spoken to over 20 people and no one can give me answers. They started to tell me someone removed the tax pro when I had no access to my account. on 03/01/2023 I received my federal return and was deducted ****** by H and R Block for a service that has still to be provided in its entirety. Today is 03/20/2023 and H and R Block account is still showing incorrect information and my State Tax returns are still not completed. I have an escalation report # ******** that was filed on 03/16/2023 and was supposed to received an email or a call in 72 hours and still no answers.
