    I have never had any business with this company and yet they persist in sending me loan offers. I have tried to call and email them to have them remove my contact or whatever info on me that they have from their system, yet they never answer the phones. I keep trying at different times during the day and it just seems like its on a loop that says "an agent will be right with you, press two for a call back" etc. I do not want to receive another single piece of mail from this business.I want NO FURTHER CONTACT PLEASE.

    Company continuesly sends loan invitations even after being told to remove from mailing list.They have also called my house number even though I am on the National Do Not Call list.

    I was interested in this and spoke with a gentleman about it. He set up a day and time for a representitive to make an in home presentation. We did and a lady came with her information packet with papers for me to sign. As we were going through the presentation and signing paperwork, she hands me a Cancelation form that if I should ever want to cancel, to fill it out and send it to the address provided. I did send the cancelation form about a week after the presentation. Fast forward to the day that they were to take money from my account( July ********, which they did and were not supposed to because I had canceled. In the paperwork it say's that I could cancel anytime and would not be charged any fees. $274.36 is what they took from my account and I didn't even have that amount in there so I was also charged an overdraft fee. I called that day and spoke with a lady and told her what had happened and that I had canceled long before they took the money from me.She told me that no one had informed them about the cancelation and that the money would be refunded. I waited for it to be refunded , which it never was, so I called a second time and again spoke with a lady and this time I was told that they were keeeping it for fee's and services. Hope you all are proud of youselves, stealing money from a person that's on disability! Don't trust this company! It's a scam!

    I received a mailer from this company advertising that I was pre-approved for a debt consolidation loan at a low rate. I applied and was told I did not get approved. ******* told me that she was not used to seeing a credit score as high as mine and could not give me any good reasons as to why my loan was not approved. I am a banker and my credit score is 840 and based on my experience, I have plenty of income to qualify for a loan. She then tried to sell me on going into a debt negotiation with the lenders I was trying to pay off which would be detrimental to my credit. After the call I applied with one of the lenders that I was told did not approve me and I was approved immediately for financing. They are clearly not looking to get their customers financing and their business model is based on bait and switch. This has the potential to significantly hurt their customer's credit profiles and should not be legal.

    BUYER BEWARE. Do not do business with this company. Evidently is a false company claiming to have a per-qualified loan for $35000 for you at a fake interest rate, when they are not even qualified themselves. This is a fake company with a call center in ***** or some other company abroad. You may be scammed just for calling their number.

    Company keep sending mailer with fake checks attached and all my identifying information that anyone can intercept. Have no real way to opt out of the mailers.
