  We had Joey and his crew come in to finish a bedroom that a different/unreliable/terrible contractor had started and left us high and dry. Not only did he come at all his scheduled appointments, but he and his crew followed up on all appointments and work requested. They had to FIX what the previous person messed up AND rebuild a bedroom for a little girl who had been waiting for months. We never felt ignored or like our little job was too small. As a single mom of three, its hard to know who you can count on. Joey and Redfin Renovations came through for us and went above and beyond. I look forward to having them come back for more work in my home! Thank you!

  Joey and his team have been AWESOME throughout this entire experience. We bought a home with undisclosed/ hidden problems with the deck and basement. Joey and his team were honest and transparent every step. Joey walked us through what was needed as well as various scenarios that may arise. Throughout the process, Joey communicated exactly what was happening and next steps. His estimate was detailed and if any adjustments were needed, we discussed them before anything was implemented. Joey went above and beyond to ensure we had the right parts and that we were happy with the result, we are truly grateful for his dedication. We felt heard and respected by everyone we came into contact with. Everyone was respectful, professional, and took great care of our home/ yard.I would highly recommend Redfin Reno for any remodel. We have already booked Redfin for the next project.

  I wrote a review previously but I don’t see it in the postings. Joey and his team completed a renovation of our family room in the basement, replaced our hail-damaged roof and replaced our deck. Joey was very easy to work with and helped us figure out the best plans for all the work. His teams were conscientious and respectful. Joey is still advocating for us with our insurance company for gutters and siding, which is extremely helpful. I’d strongly recommend Redfin Renovations!!!

  A friend referred us to Redfin Renovations with a glowing recommendation. We hired Joey and his team to replace our roof, complete some renovations in our basement and replace our deck. The before and after pictures of our deck show what an amazing difference our new deck makes for our home. We are very pleased with their work so far - we are waiting to get new gutters and siding. We're having issues with the insurance company approving full payment for that work, but Joey has become our advocate and is negotiating with them on our behalf. We're confident he will be successful in convincing the insurance company to cover the replacement.
  Working with Joey was great - he spent a lot of time with us as we went through the process. We are so happy with the referral to Redfin and would highly recommend their service!

  We had Redfin Renovations reroof our house a garage. Most times that would be a simple project but this was different:
  The storm was last summer, contractors swamped with work, not enough labor. I decided to wait till later in the fall when there would be lest pressure, hopefully better pricing. Joey came out with the adjuster, did the walk thru. Adjuster said only house was damaged, Joey discussed this with him with no results. He dogged the insurance company for EIGHT months until they finally agreed I had a lot of damage; house roof, garage roof, grill and garage door! When could have easily said ok house roof only but he was our advocate and was finally able to persuade the third adjuster of the needed repairs. When he was finally able to get the ok his crew was here early in the morning, finished and completely cleaned up the area before six that evening!
  If you need a contractor I would highly recommend hiring Redfin Renovations.

  I recently provided a review of how awesome a company we feel Redfin Renovations is, but I screwed up and somehow I gave them 1 star! Wrong, wrong, wrong! They were great to deal with, ******************* runs a top notch company. Our family strongly recommends them, Id give them many, more stars if I could!!
