      placed a order for a couple of florescent lights. have not received any tracking information. cannot get a hold of any via phone call or email. But they have already been paid thru pay pal. my next option is to call pay pal and claim fraud.

      I placed order # ***** on 11/22. Since then, I sent an email (12/4), did not hear back, so I called (12/7). The gentleman on the phone said he would check on my order and then call me back. I never heard back. I tried calling again and could not get ahold of anyone. I sent another email a couple days later (12/13), and then another one today. It has now been three weeks since we placed this order and our customer is threatening to cancel the work, meaning the money we spent would have been wasted. This company is extremely unprofessional and has very poor customer service, as evidenced by the many other complaints like this. I just want the product I ordered so we can complete the work we've been assigned. Please make this happen.
