    We hired Caring Transitions Twin Cities Central on 7/25/2023 to pack our belongings and place in PODS to be shipped from ********* to **************.On 12/13/2023 we hired Caring Transitions in ************** to unpack the PODS.The following items were missing:Pizza stone, food storage containers, antique toothpick holder, antique hutch key, two kitchen knifes, Craftsman drill and case, green antique fishing basket, saw horses, great grandparents pictures and frame, drapes from guest bed room.The followings items were damages:Antique rocker seat cracked and ruined due to improper packing, finish rubbed off on antique ****s table due to not being padded properly, yellow tape left on items leaving marks on several frames, paintings, etc, camera lens removed and packed separately requiring professional cleaning and installation, two antique picnic baskets dented due to items being packed in them.Manager, ********* (believe her name) was rude and threatened to leave the job site and not fulfill our signed contract requirements. Incorrect POD sizes were ordered by ********* resulting in us having to leave behind many personal items. Inadequate number of staff brought by ********* to complete the job in the required time frame (hence the sloppiness in packing of the PODS.)Finally we were taken advantage of by ********* and were forced to find additional people to assist us in packing and disposing of items.The Caring Transitions Twin Cities ************** that we hired are located at *************************************************, **** Rapids, ** *****.
