    1-*********** is sending more technicians out to the job than is necessary & billing excessively.2-***, is sending unlicensed technicians out to jobs without getting approval from client & lying about hours worked 3-***, is charging shop supplies on all invoices & double dosing by also filling tax returns at the end of the year with a list of expensive list of business expenses.(See attached) I asked for an ****************** was given.4-Recent invoice#*****- *********** sent out 2 technicians, one of which is still unlicensed & in training. The client was billed excessively & company failed to ok extra technician with client.*********** also decided to work on the heating system as they saw fit. They billed for 3.5-4 hours when they were there for less than 1 hour! Company failed to basically synchronize or program the thermostat to the boiler. This was only request. I had to hire another company to fix the simple task that required only 1 person or technician.5-I have tried calling ************* to get the owners contact name, ************** to try to resolve the over-billing issue.1/9/23: I spoke to a key holder named ****** who took the complaint.-****** said shed be in today (01/20/23) but when I called 5 minutes ago, ****** stated that she will not be there for a week!-I have called to ask for the manager *** but they said shed be out until Monday.Be advised that, ****** told me that the owner of the Ace Hardware store also owns the business that is mis-managed by ***, her husband ********** son who is in training, ******They failed to do the job as requested by the client. We do not believe we should pay at all. We request a zero balance note or document for invoice# ***** ******************* is concerned that if he doesnt pay h*** be sent to collections. We ask the BBB for help to mediate this issue since all parties are refusing to provide the owners contact information to solve this issue.Send email to solve this issue:*************************
