    I had previously taken my vehicle it to another shop and they went thru the front end and said it needed a front suspension part, so I had that ********* that the front end was in top shape, I took it to Fleet Alignment service to get the front end aligned. They told me every front end component was shot and needed replacement, including the brand new part.That makes no sense what so ever, they are either mistaken/incompetent or just crooked.I would avoid this place.

    I am the owner of this business and we pride ourselves on honesty and top quality service. I personally went out to the shop and looked at this vehicle. This review is a lie and very distubing that someone would just try to wreck our reputation for no reason. There was one new draglink that had went bad due to all front end conpontents being worn. All ball joints and tie rods were severly worn and had obvisouly not been replaced recently. The ball joints were extremely bad. Sorry the shop you you brought it to missed these other parts but please dont put that on us, we are steering and suspension professionals. We are family own and operated, we offer nothing but the best for our customers. Please have another shop to look at your RV and take this down when they confirm that these parts need to be replaced.

    Took brand new motorhome here to have air bags installed. After installing, leaking air from 4 different fittings, wire harness was left unsecured, air bag brackets were bent and grease was left smeared on both driver AND passenger seat. Again, THIS IS A BRAND NEW MOTORHOME!!! Air compressor was kicking in every 3 minutes on the half hour on the drive home. They do not guarantee their work. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. They dont care!!

    We do not believe that the grease on the seats was from us, because we do use seat covers and we never entered the passenger's side of the motorhome. Regardless, we had a professional detailer come out and clean the seats, who also said the stains did not look recent. As far as the other complaints, this is the first time we are hearing about them. We absolutely do guarantee our work and this customer is still welcome to call us and we will check and fix anything if it was not done right the first time. However, this customer is not allowed on the property if he is going to scream, swear and behave in a volatile manner as he did the last time he was here. Again, we encourage this customer to call us and we can solve this situation in a civil manner.
