      Comcast/Xfinity scammed me on their mobile service. It was only supposed to save me $40 on my monthly internet bill adding a mobile line. No extra charge for the mobile service, I asked twice to be sure. I have been an outstanding customer for 7+ years.
      They would only do a parliltial refund even after being told on two other calls the full refund is on the way and the mobile account was canceled. It wasn't until the third call that auto deductions were stopped from my account and the mobile account finally closed. They took 24 and 68 from my account and returned 40. I will be shopping for new internet service.
