    We have moved 8 times for work in 27 years, This is the worst nightmare we have ever had. I suspect it was the crew rather than the actual company? I asked the corporate manager if he had ever met this crew and no reply. They were careless and negligent and damaged many expensive antiques. When I asked, because I watched the way they were handling our belongings, they quotes over $4000 to increase it? They damaged, for instance, a grand piano that they showed up to move without a piano board! Make sure you do not get **** and his crew. and a check will show this company has lost their BBB Accreditation.

We take all feedback seriously, and while we recognize that moving can be a stressful experience, wed like to address a few points you raised. Our team fulfilled the terms of the contract, including the timely delivery of your items and the coordination of your long-distance move. Throughout the process, we maintained communication and provided clear instructions for filing a damage claim, something we are more than willing to handle responsibly and professionally. Our claims process exists to fairly assess and resolve any issues that may arise during transport, and choosing not to engage in that process is entirely your decision, which we will respectfully honor. We also want to clarify that while we do our best to handle all belongings with care, unfortunately, incidental damage can occur during moveseven with the most cautious handling. That is precisely why the claims process exists. While you may have had a frustrating experience, we urge that any further concerns be directed through the proper channels, including the claims department or a conversation with our team.

    Really helped when dealt with a difficult situation . made a long trip more manageable. Worked non stop to get us moved and unloaded. Drivers are exceptional and packers as well. I recommend you deal with the owners directly

    Great guys, great company. I feel comfortable knowing my stuff is in good hands (have not had delivery yet). The owner, ***** is a mans man and very honest and flexible with everything for my move. I will definitely use again!
