      I continue to schedule my ride share to doctors appointments with them with multiple weeks notice and they have failed to show every time. I have now missed three appointments due to this issue and they are the only ride option here.

      Good Afternoon! 

      In response to this compliant. ************** is on ********.  All of his trips are set up through a company called MTM (Medical Transportation Management) who holds the State of MO ******** contract for transportation. We are a vendor with MTM. All of ****************** trips must be routed through MTM before they can come to vendors such as us, Ready Transportation. MTM is responsible for sending trips to vendors. We route all our trips 48 business hours in advance. If we have a trip we can not accommodate that trip is sent back to MTM 48 business hours in advance for them to find another provider; therefore the issue of ************** missing appointments falls to MTM and not Ready Transportation. Any trip that we have had for ************** 48 business hours in advance that we have kept we have followed through and got him to his appointment. If ************** has missed three appointments that would fall to MTM.  Also, we are not the only transportation company in the ******, ** area.  The other companies include but are not limited to SMTS, Car Tender, and volunteer drivers.  If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me via email at ******************************** or at the office at ************.
