    I hired Elite Restoration for water damage restoration on 7/24/24 and 8/2/24 and their billing practices were unethical and if not caught would have resulted in Insurance Fraud. The initial invoice included charges for services not completed, and when I questioned them, Jaxson ***** became defensive and argumentative. While removing services, he added more and continued to charge more on the 3rd invoice he sent. Finally, my insurance company became involved and we agreed on a final invoice that only included services performed. The items invoiced that were not performed were actually standard for the job, but Elite didn't do the services and had no proof of completing them. There were significant price increases throughout the revised invoices, with little to no explanation or justification provided. Requests for detailed documentation and photographs to support these charges were ignored. In addition, one of the workers carried a spit cup around my house, creating a unsanitary environment. Nails were left sticking out from walls, resulting in torn clothing and injuries. The trim and baseboards in my bedroom floor were also left with exposed nails. The day they completed services, they left without informing me. I had to track them down to find out if they were finished. Previous reviews only mention carpet cleaning and names of workers I never met having me questioning their credibility.
