    I contacted the company SimUnlocks to unlock my phone over the internet. The company said it would be $24.99, but negleted to tell me that the cost was only to check to see if the phone could be unlock, and did not tell me there would be additional charges to unlock the phone. After charging the card, without upfront costs, I get an email saying there is an additional $55 charge to unlock my phone.I requested a refund since my phone did not get unlock, they came back saying that the fee was to check to see if it could be unlocked. That was not how it read on the website.

    I paid this company to for an unlock code for my grandson a phone and they failed to give me a code or refund my money either one and it was promised they would unlock it p

    Today 12/27 ************ claimed it could unlock cell phones. You pay $25 for them to run a test to see if your phone could be unlocked. I did and they told me my phone was eligible. Then you pay and additional $55 for them to actually unlock it. After several hours they said mine was rejected. They only refunded my money in store credits which all they do is unlock phones. They claimed mine would work or I never would have spent the extra $55. I want the money refunded to my debit card useless store credit. I'm not sure you have the correct company listed as their website says their home base is in *********.

    I purchased unlock for cell phone .Company advertised price of *****. Then when I paid that they asked for 65$ additional payment. I paid $65 and they attempted to unlock then ask me to pay $320. I refused to pay and asked for refund and company only gave partial credit as a store credit.i want full refund to my card.

    These people said could unlock my phone so paid them and then said could not unlock the phone so i asked for my money and and was told no we will not refund your money even if we can not help you . I was told tuff luck we are keeping your money and they did . I have turned them in to my bank
