    The company attempted 4 times to perform quality and professional results. For payed service being completed. Don't want them back out. Keeps getting worse every time they come back. Request $500.00 of the total bill to be reimbursed. Total payed $1000.00.

    I've attached email records that show not only did we respond to Mr. ******** yesterday by email but we offered him a date to touch up his minor concerns on December 20th. He is upset because he has a history of being unprofessional with our office staff and we refuse to speak to him by phone now. That doesn't mean we've refused to resolve his concerns. But as we tried to explain to him by email we reglaze to what you can see with the naked eye in natural lighting. When you have to zoom in with your phone or use a flash light to see something that is not a concern for us at all. We could go to any new car dealership and find imperfections in their sprayed on finishes using zoom and flash on a phone. Despite the fact that his concerns are minor and we've already completely redone it once in attempt to make him happy. We offered to come out and take a look and resolve what we can. We like happy customers. But we do not tolerate customer abuse. The paperwork which is attached makes very clear that all appointments after 30 days could incur a deductible regardless of fault. We did not charge him a deductible last time and did not attempt to this time either. Like I said we've gone above and beyond to try to please him. But he is quite unreasonable. The paperwork is also clear that all refunds are at our sole discretion. So his minor concerns are not worthy of a refund. **** our service manager who redid it for him has 20 years of experience in this trade. If the 20th of December does not work he can reply to that email with any date M-F the week of December 20th and we'd be happy to come out and take a look and see what we can do as we already offered.

    I had them out here 4 times to try to correct issues. Causing more of a mess. Paint on front porch. Damaged bath tub faucet. Overspay on the walls. Their service is horrible. No I wasn't rude. Just being a customer that doesn't like throwing are money away. Nobody should ever use their service. Doesn't stand quality of work at all.
