    I went to this store to shop and my granddaughter saw a bike that she liked and I decided that I wanted to purchase the bike after seeing that the bike was $10.00. The lady got the bike. She already had a copy of the price tag, and she called another girl over to look at the bike, and they informed me that they could not sale me the bike for that price and maybe another price tag fell off another bike onto the bike I wanted to purchase. Another lady came over and stated that they could not sell me the bike for that price. I took picture of the price of the bike and the bike it self. I would like to have the bike for the $10.00.

    We are a retail store selling gently used children's items. When items are purchased for resale, a price tag is placed securely on each item. In addition to the price tag, some items receive a large white tag hanging from the front to showcase the price so customers do not have to search for the price on the item. 
    In this instance, there was a bike for sale that consisted of a traditional bike with 2 rubber wheels, pedals, and training wheels. This bike was priced at $60. Earlier that day, there was also a balance bike for sale, that consisted of 2 plastic wheels, no training wheels, and no pedals (the definition of a "Balance Bike). 
    As can sometimes happen, those large white tags can fall off, be misplaced, or be removed by other customers. The SKU of the item it belongs to is written on the back to ensure it cannot be switched for another, more expensive product. In this case, it appears the large white tag for the Balance Bike was not affixed to the Balance Bike, as it had already sold. The only remaining bike was the traditional bike which retailed for $60.
    While we apologize for any misunderstanding and/or misplacement of the large white tag highlighting the price of an item, neither the SKU of the bike, nor the description on the large white tag, match the bike the customer wished to purchase. The tag she is referring to clearly said "Balance Bike," and she was not attempting to purchase a Balance Bike, rather a traditional bike with a much higher retail than a Balance Bike.
    The $60 bike the customer wished to purchase has already been sold, and is no longer available. We are unable to accommodate the customers suggested resolution.
