  AFTER A $12K IN GRANITE FROM THEM, I GOT THE WORSE INSTALLATION EVER, THEY DID THE CUTTING AND INSTALL AND I HAVE 1/4 INCH GAP EVERYWHERE, SEEMS AREN'T ALINED HUGE MISTAKE I WISH I COULD POST PICS HERE...do not use them, read reviews and shop around...they aren't cheap or good at all! and they stop talking to me after I complain as well...

  We were so disappointed in our entire experience with Granite Busters. Our salesperson was the most unfriendly person I'd ever met and several times out and out lied to us.As far as the work we had done, we had two bathroom vanities and a shower bench replaced with granite. The vanities were both done with sloppy caulk work and I had to clean up lots of the caulk and silicone that they used. I had been told to expect dust from them having to cut the holes for the faucets, but I certainly expected them to clean up after themselves with the caulk and silicone messes they made. It was dripped on the walls and the floor.Our shower bench was not done to our request AT ALL. It looks absolutely horrible. The manager even came out to consult with us what we wanted and told us how it would be done, which we agreed to. And then they completely ignored our discussion. The workers had measured twice and still they did NOT measure correctly and it doesn't fit right. The manager showed up at the second attempt they made and lied to us saying there was no way it could be done the way he had agreed to. If he had told us this in the beginning, we never would have had it done, but then they wouldn't have been paid for it so I guess they decided not to mention it.They left huge messes in both bathrooms and in our driveway where they did some cutting. I haven't used a construction company before that didn't at least carry a broom to sweep up after themselves.Several people in our subdivision commented that they saw the Granite Busters truck in our driveway and asked us to advise how it went and we certainly will. I might even put it on our subdivision's ******** page.We'll be putting granite in our kitchen in the next few months and certainly will NOT be using Granite Busters.

  I would NEVER HIRE Granite Busters! My first and only purchase from them has been a nightmare. I hired them to install a piece of granite to go behind my stove. The initial piece they installed was too small, therefore the wood on the wall behind the stove was visibly noticeable and looked terrible. Their second visit didnt go any better. They fixed the problem by covering the wood BUT in the process of the fix, the piece of granite backsplash they originally installed was now crooked and had adhesive glue all over both ends where it joined to the rest of the granite. Unfortunately, their third visit to fix the crooked piece of granite, they previously installed, resulted in HIGHLY NOTICEABLE DAMAGE to my stainless steel subway tile backsplash. NOW they say they are not responsible for the customers property! They said I should run a caulk line where they damaged my property. A caulk line would look TERRIBLE because currently there isnt a caulk line along the subway tile. Adding a caulk line only where they damaged my property would look as bad as the damage they caused. Granite Busters IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGING CUSTOMERS PROPERTY! Telling me to FIX IT MYSELF does not solve the problem they created. Granite Busters needs to fix the damage to my kitchens stainless steel backsplash. DO NOT HIRE GRANITE BUSTERS! I have numerous photos of their POOR QUALITY work that I am happy to share.

  We had our bathrooms countertops and new sinks put in by Granite Busters. They do amazing
  work, expertise. The gentlemen that installed the new sinks and vanity tops were very nice and
  did excellent work.
  The people at Granite Busters store are amazingly nice, helpful and fun to be with. It is a relaxed
  atmosphere and you feel relaxed and comfortable.
  We highly recommend Granite Busters. We went there to have vanity tops and sinks put in as they installed a granite counter top in our kitchen. It is amazing what can be done with a piece of granite. Will continue to recommend Granite Busters.
