I have been receiving calls daily for months, sometimes several times a day from a caller identified as Charity Clothing. Their phone number is ************. Charity Pickup, I'M receiving call from this company morning, noon and evening everyday.Sometimes it's more than three times a day, as a care giver I don't have time to run to the phone every time it ring. One day I answer, someone asked if we had anything to donate, my reply was if I have anything I will call you! With all this technology there should be a way of stopping these unwanted call be sides the DO NO CALL LIST..that's useless. It never stops callers from calling. We are receiving up to 10 calls a day -caller i.d. shows CHARITY PICKUP. Some days between the hours of 7-8 pm they call every 10-15 minutes. WE have repeatedly asked that they stop calling and they continue to call. This wakes our grandchild and distrubs the peace in our home.Business Response

This company has been calling our number for more than a year. Originally we told them we had nothing to donate and ask them to stop calling. We also told them our number was on the National Do Not Call List. Then we started letting the phone take the call and they never once left a message, just hung up. They still kept calling up to 5 times a day including Sundays. They have called a least once every Saturday for the last 6 months. They have called over 150 times using over 50 different ** phone numbers in the last ********************************* as *******************************************. They have called using the ** phone number ************ with over 25 different last 2 numbers. They have done the same using the ** phone number ************ with over a dozen different last 2 numbers. This is nothing but harassment and we want it to stop. Something needs to be done about their business practices. We don't know how they got our phone number and we want it to be removed from their call list.Business Response

I have never even donated to these people and like 3 years ago they were calling me 3 times a day so I blocked them well last week I thought surely after all these years they dont keep calling so I unblocked it and yup well they do Im back to getting calls and I do a lot of donating but with how annoying and harassing this organization is they are never getting anything from me, its insane how they think its appropriate to call in a harassing manner over and over againBusiness Response
