      I hired Exceed Limo on 9/27/23 for a winery trip that occurred on 10/14/23. The total for the bus was $1500.00 plus 20% gratuity to the driver. At the time of drop-off, the diver had issues with the card reader. She thought that the tip transaction did not go through. I explained no big deal, I can Venmo the tip to ******* (Owner) who can then give it to you (Driver). I Venmo ******* $300.00 that Monday. However, the first tip showed up on my credit card statement showing that it went through after I had already ********************. I contacted ******* via phone and text explaining the situation. She apologized and said, " Absolutely I'll get in when I get to my office in the morning and I'll send you confirmation sorry about that" After several days, no confirmation was sent. I reached out numerous times and sent several texts with no response. To rectify this problem, I simply would like to recover on the of extra charged tips in the amount of $300.00. Attached you will find documentation of the invoice, 2-tip transactions, 2-text thread chains.
