    Hired this company to pour a patio. He requested 1/2 down for supplies. I paid him cash as he requested. I discussed tgat was he sure he could do a patio in Aden and he stated no problem. He can one day pulled out some decking in 12/2022. I kept calling for him to finish the job. He kept saying ground is too wet, rain time and a ton of other excuses. He piled the deck material in a huge pile and he was suppose to take it away. He used our vehicle as he doesnt have a truck. That day he tells me he cannot finish the patio because the concrete guy he was using does not do it anymore. He said he would refund 1/2 of my deposit. I have called, messaged him and he is not responding. I am asking my money and I ****** since he has held on to my money knowing he wasnt going to complete the job. I have a signed contract from this company as well as copies of messages.

    I was not able to pour said concrete for *************************** due to the fact, the help I had scheduled for the job, took on a union job and was no longer available and this job is impossible to do without experienced help. I told *************** this and told her I would be refunding her money with the exception of the labor for tearing out her decking. She had tried to contact me but I had not responded due to medical emergencies with my mother. I believe we have an understanding now and hope we can continue our work relationship.  I have done a lot of work for this lady and have always treated her with respect and vice versa.
