    I hired SNS Contracting to install a patio cover at my residence 3 years ago. I now have 2 leaks between the patio cover and brick wall of my house. I contacted owner, ***** to come inspect and discuss. I texted him photos of the leaks and, so that he would be prepared, a reminder that in order to inspect, he would need to bring plywood to set on patio cover to enable him to walk on it (per his instructions.) ***** came to my house on 9/17/24. From his ladder, placed at the side of my patio, 12 feet away, he took photos of the downspout that empties onto patio cover. He did not do an inspection on my patio cover to see where water is getting through nor did he inspect areas of concern on the underside of patio cover, where water runs down brick wall. I asked whether the seal may have failed at the areas of concern. ***** didn't respond but, became defensive and stated that it wasn't his workmanship, "it's all this (expletive)", referring to some scattered leaves, twigs, etc. He suggested cutting down my tree as a solution. I found his attitude and language offensive and unprofessional and his opinion inaccurate. There were no leaves or debris blocking the downspout, downspout pan or downspout drainage water path. I have my own photos to support this. I don't know why or how water is getting through or how to fix it and hoped that ***** could identify the problem and offer a possible solution but he did not. He did not do a close-up visual inspection but, rather, referred to his photos taken from 12 feet away and, again, erroneously repeated, "it's all this (expletive)". I will never again hire SNS Contracting for any work needed, nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone, ever.

    Absolute Nightmare just to get SnS to do their job!Tried to confuse me with other people claiming to be the Boss and go to for problems!"Your Roof won't leak and if it does we'll fix it"Leaks plenty and I asked to fix it and SNS gave me another estimate?!!I got another company to fix the leaks and SnS said; your roof warranty is now void.
