    Misplaced my gate code to access my shed, have attempted to contact company for resolution assistance for over 2 weeks. Have sent text message, emails, left voice messages and messages for contact request on company website yet to receive response. Meanwhile I am unable to access my belongings, which I have an immediate need to get to. Yet I am up to date on payment and they continue to charge my account. At this point if I can't reset or access gate code I just need access to my belongings so I'm able to get my stuff back and relocate to a different facility!

    I initially rented a storage unit on 2/10/2024. When I went to the unit there was someone's trash inside and it was full of mouse droppings. I emailed and texted and called to tell them I would not need the unit. I received an invoice for the next months payment. I emailed, called every number listed to no response.. Every mail box was full and you could not leave a message. I finally found the number of ************ and left a voice mail. I was charged through my bank card on 3/1 $70, which I never authorized for payment. I received a text from that number telling me I was mistaken about the charge and have tried working with them to refund my money. They kept telling me I should receive a check. As of today no refund and now they are not responding. They fraudulently charged my card without permission.
