    This company gave me a price that included first class air… then *******, the owner realized our booking wasn’t first class… she said too bad… I should have looked it over better… but mind you.. that’s what you pay a travel agent for… to book your trip so you don’t have to… we’ve used this company for years with a variety of hiccups… never again… terrible customer service

    I always sent an itinerary to clients to review and question before I apply the deposit.
    Two segments which are the longer flight are 1st class. !st class was not available on the St Louis to Houston and Houston to St Louis.
    I offered to pay for upgraded seats to preferred seating in economy plus with more leg toom. Client purchased insurance and I would pay for insurance if they cancel. The client did not want to discuss options.
