    Purchased goods from mo aquatics, goods does not match description as stated *** reached owner multiple times regarding refund, but refused to do so. *** tried to returned goods but it looks like this individual scammed me after all.

    My name is *******************, and I am the owner of MOAquaticsLLC. I recently received a letter from you regarding a complaint about our company, which I believe is unfounded. I have documentation of our communication.
    The customer did purchase a fish from us, and I provided all necessary information about the care of the fish. Despite this, the customer did not follow the instructions we discussed. Although I agreed to accept a return, the customer repeatedly requested a return but did not send the fish back. Additionally, the customer lacks knowledge about shipping live animals, which could have harmed the fish.
    We have worked with this customer for a long time, and it appears they are now dissatisfied and making complaints. This situation is troubling and does not reflect well on the customer.
