    SCAM, they just take your credit card money & say its decline to get another.

    DISHONEST COMPANY - BAIT AND SWITCH SALES TACTICS!!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I was told by *********************** at US Freight Master that it would cost $250 to ship my vehicle 7hours away. I arranged the pickup and drop off 2 weeks in advance. The day of pick-up ****** calls me and tells me that my vehicle will now cost $700 to ship. Her explanation was "I understand I gave you the price on the basis of my last shipment last time I shipped the same vehicle for this price I gave you." I spoke to the manager about the dishonesty of this company and they should pay the difference in price. The manager would not and now I will warn people about this company. Once I made it clear I would do this, I immediately started getting text and phone calls from ****** and the manager that they had a driver ready to pick up my car for $475! This is a typical BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!! I told them I would rather pay double the price to another company that was honest then to give them a dime! I ended up shipping my vehicle for $700 at the last minute using another company. US Freight Master practices are fraudulent! They give the customer a misleading offer to lure the customers in, and then they will switch the price once you accept their offer. The initial offer, or "bait", is appealing but not intended to be sold. The switched service is more expensive than the original. I wasted my time and money. I dont want this to happen to another person. US Freight Master thought I would have no choice at the last minute but to ship the car for a higher price through them. I can't stand dishonest business.

    This is a scam gamer; they want ALL THE money up front for a very under-priced QUALITY boat or car or motorcycle.You will never see the product BACAUSE THEY SAY THE the product IS sealed in a container OR somewhere ELSE you are not and they won't have the personnel to handle, a C.O.D. OR SHOW YOU THE MERCHANDISE IF YOU LIE AND SAY YOU ARE IN THEIR CHOSEN CITY MOVE ON TO THE NEXT BEST DEAL, YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY GET A PRODUCT, BUT NOT HERE!
