    June-2024 I am an 84 year old widow with impaired vision. I have paid this contractor $62,000 for tornado damage repairs. Following are my Unresolved issues:1. House/foundation leveling: Work initiated but not complete. Doors in house do not shut with 3 inch gaps. These were able to shut before work. Closet doors do not shut. Please level house so I can shut my doors and closets 2. Mold remediation incomplete: he dug a huge trench near the back of my house. I no longer have a grassy back yard. Not sure how this is mold remediation. Please fill in trench and replace my grass. 3. Exterior facia and corner box: Incomplete and wrong color and material. Please correct 4. Attached Carport roof repair incomplete. Large hole remains where skylight used to be. Materials purchased. I had to enlist another contractor to repair. 5. Roof gutter materials purchased but not installed. Please install 6. No receipts provided. Please Provide receipts 7. Contractor closed claim with my homeowners insurance without my concent or knowledge.
