    On July 31, 2021 I bought $60 again I purchased more on 08/10/2021 $55 worth of flatback rhinestones because somehow I was convinced that they would stop making them and selling that specific line and colors which I read somewhere on the website. When I purchase them I literally just made a quick purchase just trying to get whatever ones I thought I would later use for my business I put crystals on car emblems, for my **** business ,because I knew I was starting a business and I knew I needed them to make the things that I sell although it has been a year or two later that I finally got my business started up, I never touched any of those crystals that they sent me. They were all still in the bags I bought them in they were all still the same amount they were never messed with or touched. I emailed them asking them if it would be possible for them to not give me a refund but give me an exchange because I purchased them all at the wrong sizes at SS 20which turned out to be entirely to big I needed them all at either SS 12 or SS 16 I emailed them so many times I’m sure they got so sick of reading them for me that they finally responded to me sending me an attachment for a return slip or an exchange slip , so in my head of course I’m thinking why would they send me this unless they were gonna exchange them for me ……??so of course, that’s what I did. I bought some stamps bought some white envelopes wrote exactly what I needed in exchange for the ones that I had. On the form, I printed that they sent me And I sent them all back exactly how they were purchased but I messed up. I didn’t think about it at the time because I figured they’re the ones who sent me the return slip. Why would I need to pay extra money to make sure that they sign for the package that I send so of course I sent it on my own in a blue mailbox in a white envelope with a stamp they say they never got them of course so now I’m out over 200$ now I have nothing

    We received a call asking about this return.  When we checked the tracking # of the return this customer gave us, the tracking showed delivered to California.  

    When we called this customer back, regarding the tracking not being delivered to us in Missouri, she quickly said that she had to check, she must have gotten the packages mixed up.  Then she remembered that she only bought stamps for this package.  

    We have watched for it but it it not received yet in our headquarters to process for a return.

    I have 2 online orders from January 28 &29. The orders are ****** * ****** both for the same rhinestones at $85.40. The second was the same because I wanted to make sure I had enough. The website said they would ship in 3-9 days which was plenty of time. On February 1 I received an email that said the first order was shipped but no tracking information. The second order I never received an email but the website said it shipped. So on February 12 I started sending emails about the order not being received but heard nothing back. Then I received a google review of the purchase and again replied I had not received it. Today February 15 I finally got someone by phone that originally said it was a bad address but read my address back to me correctly. Then she said the label wouldn’t print so I’m not sure why I was notified that they shipped when they obviously had not. So I explained that creating a label and waiting another 3-9 days was not an option but was told that’s the best they can do. I need these stone for a solo costume by this weekend. I would have thought that if there was a problem they could have called or emailed since they had the information. They did not then I feel they could have offered to over night the stones because that sat on the orders and I didn’t follow up for days because they sent an email that said they shipped them which they hadn’t. I want either the rhinestones shipped overnight immediately or a refund of the $170.80 payment they took without sending the stones.

    Well, I appreciate the details of this complaint filed, I received a general inquiry via email they before yesterday, after hours, I replied, immediately letting her know I was going to check with the shipping department, which I did, however, today, my shipping supervisor was out with 102.8 fever. we do have a note on the package that says that we tried to call her regarding her address, with no return call, we have her package ready to ship, she did choose first class which she is correct. It says 3 to 9 days, however, what is incorrect, is it says that’s the transit time it does not say that it will ship and arrive to her within 3 to 9 days, first class is the lowest form of service with first class options all the way up to ****** ********* *** ***** *** *** *****  our estimated transit times are listed on our FAQ page of our website, Xpress and rush orders are processed before the regular orders, then it goes to priority and then first class, you can check our website shipping details and www.dreamtimecreations.com, where do you choose the option for domestic for first class; Like I said it does say 3 to 9 days transit, it does not state that it will be shipped and receive within 3 to 9 days. I do apologize for any misunderstanding, and I’m happy to process a refund. However,  this complaint was filed before the end of my business day today, and again, my shipping supervisor is out with a fever, which is completely unexpected and unavoidable.
