    Most of the nursing staff dealing directly with residents have been great in my experience. However, the office, specifically the ************** and admin are the most unprofessional and cruel I have ever encountered in my life. It's hard enough for friends and family of residents in a nursing facility to process and watch their loved ones be in a nursing facility declining in health, mind, etc. Then when that loved one passes away, I cannot put into words the emotional toll. So when someone like myself who has visited a loved one in this home regularly and that loved one recently passed away, it took all the strength I had to call and simply request that my loved one's belongings not be thrown away, I'm met with so much disrespect, attitude, and no regard for the fact that I and many others are still mourning the loss of a loved one. No sincerity AT ALL. Mind you, I have never met this person I spoke to on the phone, and there was no history of interaction involving me that gave them the right to talk to me the way they did. If there's an issue with other individuals they have interacted with regarding this patient, then don't take it out on me!! I'm not even the patients family, only a friend trying to help at the request of family!! Thanks for adding so much illness to injury! Do NOT send your loved ones here if you have any control at all, you'll regret it! This isn't the only unprofessional encounter with office staff either...there was another who would not quit calling and texting me regarding bank statements for the resident when I'm not the ***** of ********** Sick.
