  Not recommended! They don't stand behind work and are not upfront with costs. They ended up charging me for overages at the end of the job that were never discussed as being additional cost. I told them there were issues with heating not long after the house was finished. Basically ignored. He did come and realign a door for me after it got so bad I couldn't lock up the house. He was supposed to come and check amperage as the ceiling fan on the porch blew a breaker. Never came back. Fan does not work at all now. He was notified of this on June 3, 2023, as well as my AC not working. He said he would get in touch with someone to look at this but I never heard from anyone. It just so happened that an energy audit I requested was scheduled for June 13. I'd also contacted another **** person. Both the auditor and the **** person found the ductwork was completely wrong! In following through, the **** person also found the unit had not been charged or vacuumed. They then found a leak in the coil. That unit had not been installed or tested properly. Thank goodness it's under manufacturer warranty for parts, but not labor. Oh, and they had buried ducts in dirt and rock 2-4 inches. That material is already rusting. And NONE of it was insulated. ALL work was supposed to be under warranty for a year from completion. They finished in mid October 2022. It's costing me about **** to fix their mess.

  I would NOT recommend this contractor to anyone, and I hope to save others from the experience we have gone through. This contractor replaced a shower in a home we recently purchased. The shower is less than two years old and the tile work was completed so poorly that we are forced to have it torn out and completely redone. The floor in the shower is not level, with dips and hollow spots in the pan underneath the tile that you can feel as you step across it. There are places in the floor tile where the grout lines are so wide that the grout has actually cracked. The bench that goes the width of the shower is buckled and cracked. The shower drain is at least a half inch lower than the floor. Water is underneath the tile on the floor of the shower and is getting there through these various errors made in the construction of the shower. We were told he sent his son out to complete this job as a "learning experience". The workmanship is atrocious, but the worst part of this experience is that he will not stand behind his work. When the previous owner of our home, who paid thousands of dollars for this job, brought the issues to this company owner's attention, his response was that the shower was out of warranty. This was at the 1.5 year ***** When we asked him to stand behind his work and repair the floor (after numerous efforts to contact him) his response was that he would give us an estimate to make the repairs. Why in the world he thinks we would pay him to repair the horrible mistakes he made the first time, in order to have a usable shower, is beyond comprehension. Not only is their workmanship extremely poor, but their total lack of accountability for the quality of their work is reprehensible.
