      On Saturday, June 17th, 2023. I took my bull to veterinarian for treatment of eye. We tried calling before going to clinic, but as usual with them, they didnt answer phone. We left message. We arrived to find clinic empty...no clients at all. It was shortly before 2pm and they are open until 3pm on Saturdays. They treated the bull and I paid bill. Upon arriving home (I was home before 3pm), I saw they charged 100 buck "emergency" fee. I questioned them on Monday and they told me anyone who comes 2pm or later gets charged emergency fee!!! This is NORMAL posted business hours. They had NO customers when we arrived. We called before coming and they did not answer phone. We also have proof we arrive shortly before 2pm. When I left another message stating these facts...vet office ignored me and did not return my message. I have had no contact with them since Monday the 19th about my complaint on thier bill. I shoudl have been charged a regular office call, not an emergency fee. I want the emergency fee refunded as I should not have been charged this. I have the email response from them if needed, not sure how to attach an email.

      Received letter stating business did not respond to you. I have received a letter from that business that states I am no longer allowed to use them and they refuse my business (I wasnt going to use them anyways), but it does prove they are avoiding you on purpose as they know your trying to reach them. Hopefully, you can do something more forecefall....like send them certified letter? that would prove they received it. They are avoiding the BBS on purpose as they know it is wrong how they treat customers. I can send you copy of letter if you need to see it.
