We hired **** at M & R Asphalt to pave our driveway. After a month the driveway began to crack and chip apart. I sent photos to **** to address the issue and he informed me that he would get out to address the cracks. Here it is an entire year later and the driveway is completely broken apart. After inspecting the driveway I found that the broken up areas were poured too thin. Driveways require a MINIMUM of 2.5 of asphalt to support vehicles, with a recommendation of at least 3.5. **** rarely answered the phone and when he did he always ensured that hed get out to get it fixed. He informed my wife this morning that hes not going to be fixing the driveway now because my wife put up an honest and truthful review of his business online during the period he was ignoring our phone calls and not fixing his unprofessional work. **** had 2 underaged (around 12-13yrs) boys working on my driveway, which he paid CASH to avoid paying taxes and not getting in trouble for violating US Labor Laws. At this time Id like my driveway fixed, but am willing to sue to get the driveway that I actually paid $7,500 for!
