      I placed two orders with the company and paid with credit card:1. Order number *****, value $9,103. Ordered on September 6, 2023. There were two suborders there:a. 15 bay 12G SAS Expander Tower Enclosure - E1512 - normally delivered - value #1,299 b. 20 hard drives, 18TB, value $7,599.80 - none delivered for 3 months. After many e-mail (no calls were answered) the vendor informed us, that they are shipping the hard drive but only shipped 1 (one) hard drive and it was a wrong size (16TB) - picture attached showing parcel weighing 2 pounds (weight of 1 hard drive, insteal of ~40 pouds for 20 drives). They stopped answering about any inquiries after that.2. Order number *****, value $1,427.17, 15 bay 12G SAS Expander Tower Enclosure - E1512, ordered on October 15, 2023 - never delivered. Initially there was a promise to ship the item and even an empty shipping label was created and send to us, but nothing was shipped.

      Oct. 25, 2021 I made a purchase from PC Pitstop online. I called to check in on the order that was processing months later and they answered and said it takes a while to come in and reassured me to leave the order placed. Ever since, I have been emailing, calling, and trying to reach them. They owe me $1,858.48 for an order I never received.

      On July 7th, 2022 we had purchased the enclosure INV-******. We made dozens of emails and calls to get the item on November 20th. The enclosure got shipped to another location when the original invoice was indicated below. We plugged the enclosure in, no power when it arrived. Didnt open up until after plugged unit in to multiple outlets and used different power cords.Tried tracing any unplugged connections, the *** power was unplugged, we then plugged in to the smaller cable that is made or fewer pins, it did get power, but no connection Tried to get a schematic to verify.We tried calling for additional support.Ordered another Power supply, tested it, same results no connection when plugging in to the server with the Broadcom SAS controller.We ordered a RocketStor 6414S/6418S using the SAME SAS controller and drives, immediately worked.We then sent back the power for full credit We are on about 6 phone calls no responses and multiple emails to return this unit. **** mention we would be eligible for an 100% return in the event there was any conflict with the unit.

      On November 7, I paid USD ******** online, the seller (**** Haley) sent me an email telling me that he was most likely sending the products on Friday, November 11. On Thursday, November 10, I sent him an email asking him if he was going to send me the day he had said and the email was not answered, on November 11 I sent him an email asking him again and he did not answer me either. On November 15, I wrote him an email again asking him about my shipment and he replied saying "Sorry I've been out of the office for a few days. We are just waiting on the controller card it looks like. It hasn 't shown up yet. I'll call the vendor and get tracking and find out where it is. I'll keep you posted" That same day I wrote him that I needed the products quickly and I couldn't waste any more time. On November 17, I sent him an email again and it was not answered. On November 18, I sent him an email again asking about the shipment and it was not answered, that day we called him several times on the phone and no one answered. On November 21, I sent him an email again telling him that if he did not send me the office that day, he would not send me the products that I could not wait any longer and that I had decided to buy them again with another company. He only answered me until November 22 "Sorry, I have been out of the office for a couple of days. The controller card will e here tomorrow, and we can ship everything tomorrow as well via expedited shipping. But If you need a refund I understand and will process it. Let me know please.On November 22, I wrote to him to return the money that I no longer needed the products. He did not answer me again that day, and he only responded until December 8th "Hi *********, The pending refund is due to post to your card on the date range below. Sorry for long delay. That same day I sent him an email telling him to send me proof of the refund and he has not responded to me until today, the money has not been returned.
