    I asked *** to give me a bid on an outdoor deck top replacement. The structure below the deck top was still in great shape after 20 years. The decking was not. One would think this would be an easy job, right? It was not. It took a ton of labor. *** and his team worked tirelessly the first day to get the old decking removed. It was a huge job as the deck was 24 x 12, sat 3 feet off the ground, and also involved 2 steps, over 12 feet long. Day 2 was used to start replacing the deck, and day 3 was used to finish the deck and steps, and reconstruct a 8 x 10 canopy. As with all projects, a few problems/exceptions occurred during the project. ***'s expertise was used to find a creative fix to everything that came up. Oh, I forgot, I had built a ramp for my aged dog. Once the deck was redone, modifications were made to the ramp to make it better than what it was originally. Thanks ***!!!! I have had many jobs done over the years for home improvements. I met *** and told him what I wanted. I must say he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Within a day, he gave me a very reasonable bid. His knowledge and expertise were definitely appreciated by this homeowner. And kudos to his two workers. ****** and ***** were just as pleasurable to work with as ***. They were a great team. Couldn't have been any nicer. I highly recommend this company for ALL your home improvements. Of all the contractors I have used over the years, these guys were the best. A+++. Based on what I have now (new deck), and what I saw during the process, I was quite impressed. And the price was right too!!! He lives for doing it right the first time. I will be calling him again in the near future. I definitely think I got my money's worth, which was very reasonable. ************
