We hired this company to repair an H333332**313032373631H in our church and paid $912 and the H333332**313032373631H is still not working. When we reached back out they said we&#**;d have to sign another contract and pay another fee.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the recent repair work on your church's elevator. We want to clarify that the elevator was returned to service following the completion of the repairs under the initial contract. At this time, we do not have an ongoing maintenance agreement in place for the elevator.
However, we did present an opportunity to return for further service to address any new or remaining issues, which would require a separate contract and associated fee. We understand this may be frustrating and are happy to discuss how we can best support your needs moving forward. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can work together to resolve this matter.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to assisting you further.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:the company could do better service than what they have given us in regards to the elevator at our church, they could at least guarantee their work even if was just for a month or so, I believe this was bad service on their part and why should we have to sign another contract for them to come on a repeat service that was not really done or completed the gentleman for this company just wasted time just to run up a bill of $912.00, which we paid by check and they cashed it the next day.  I am not pleased at all and would not recommend anyone for the service they have provided to us.  This is very disrepectful to our church and congregation, we have elderly people that needs this elevator especially when we have events downstairs in our fellowship hall, because some cannot take the stairs.  This elevator is not used very often we are only at church on Sundays, and even then the elevator is not used.

One of the Deacon from our church tried to reach out to them but he said they did not make sense to him, he was very upset about this as well!

    Sincerely,

We appreciate your feedback and regret that you are not satisfied with our service. Here are the key points we would like to clarify:
Repair Work Completed: As stated previously, Cardinal Elevator repaired the elevator and returned it to service as requested. We discounted our initial visit and only charged for a few hours of work.
Maintenance Recommendations: Our technicians recommended a review of the elevator's condition, and a list of parts needed to ensure proper functionality. These recommendations were declined. Regular maintenance is critical for any elevator system, and without it, the elevators reliability cannot be guaranteed.
Service Guarantee: While we always aim to provide quality service, elevator repairs often involve older systems with wear and tear. Without routine maintenance or addressing underlying issues, long-term performance cannot be assured.
Concerns About the Bill: The billed amount reflects the time and work done to restore the elevator. If there are concerns about the specific work performed, wed be happy to review this with you.
We understand the importance of the elevator for your congregation, especially for those with mobility challenges. However, ensuring its consistent operation requires ongoing maintenance, which we strongly recommended during our visit.
If there is anything further, we can do to address your concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out directly. We remain committed to supporting your elevator needs.

I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE RESPONSE FROM CARDINAL ELEVATOR, THE GENTLEMAN DID NOT FIX THE ELEVATOR , IT ONLY LASTED A WEEK AND THE ELEVATOR WENT OUT WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, BEFORE THE GENTLEMAN CAME.

HE STATED THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS FIXED AND WE WOULD NOT HAVE ANYMORE PROBLEMS WITH IT, BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEY DID NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.

THEN WHEN WE WENT BACK TO THEM STATING THAT THE ELEVATOR HAS THE SAME ISSUE BEFORE THE GENTLEMAN CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE ELEVATOR, WHICH I AM STRETCHING MY HEAD AS TO WHY HE WOULD TELL US THAT IT WAS FIX AND IT REALLY WAS NOT.

I BELIEVE HE JUST ACTED LIKE HE DID SOMETHING JUST TO RUN THE BILL UP AND GET PAID, WHICH WE PAID THEM $912.00 BY CHECK AND THE CHECK WAS CASHED THE NEXT DAY.

I DONT AGREE ON SIGNING ANOTHER CONTRACT JUST FOR HIM TO COME BACK OUT AND CHARGE US ANOTHER $365.00 PER HOUR AND DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM.

THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH WHEN DEALING WITH AN ELEVATOR WHICH WE DONT USE THAT OFTEN.
