    Waited for root canal apt which was time sensitive because I already had a temp crown. Showed up on time ON MY BIRTHDAY. Had insurance and forms completed, only to be informed that because my spouse didnt answer the phone two hours prior when they called, they cancelled the apt. Of course, they offered to take my money anyway and have the dentist visit with me, but refused to do the root canal.EDIT: Once the doctor was told I left a bad review, he phoned to dispute it. He told me how it was my fault that we missed the call, and that, if I had only stayed in the office until the end of the day instead of leaving when they cancelled my procedure (apt was at 1pm) maybe there would have been time to accommodate me. This place is the epitome of the blame game. The only type of apology I got was that it was my birthday and that I was upset on it. I was so stunned at the lack of concern and the amount of blame, I just told him I had an apt elsewhere and got off the phone.Avoid this place at all cost. Otherwise, come with lots of money and be prepared to bribe your way in. I reiterateWORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
